Use of the site
Eligibility and access
By accessing or using yaarwinofficial.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not meet these requirements or do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Permitted use
You may access and use the Site solely for lawful personal purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers; introduce viruses, trojans, or any malicious code; scrape or harvest data without our express written permission; impersonate Yaar Win or any of its representatives; or engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity in connection with the Site or any linked payment service, including UPI platforms such as PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Yaar Win bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or from unauthorised account access that results from your own negligence. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of Yaar Win or its content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws. The trade name "Yaar Win" and all associated marks, logos, and trade dress are proprietary marks of Yaar Win and may not be used without prior written authorisation.
Licence to users
Yaar Win grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, sell, or exploit any content for commercial gain; create derivative works; publicly distribute any material from the Site; or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content.
User-submitted content
Where you submit reviews, comments, or other materials to the Site, you grant Yaar Win a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in any media. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your submission does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Limitation of liability

The Site and all content, materials, and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Yaar Win expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.
Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaar Win, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Where liability cannot be wholly excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this free informational Site shall not exceed INR 500 (five hundred rupees), it being acknowledged that this Site is provided at no charge to visitors.
Third-party services
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including payment processors such as PhonePe, GPay, and BHIM.
